This Week’s Meals

I try my best to make meal plans on Friday/Saturday every week for the following Saturday-Friday. In doing this, I find that I can better stay on track eating semi-healthy and saving money. Once I make my menu, I write up a list of ingredients and add them to my grocery list!
Here’s what is on this week’s menu.

Saturday: Steak, Baked Potato and Teriyaki Mushrooms
Sunday: Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Shells with a side salad
Monday: SkinnyTaste stuffed Buffalo Chicken Breast with Corn on the Cob
Tuesday: Cheeseburgers with campfire mayo and a side salad
Wednesday: Brown Sugar Chili Salmon, steamed broccoli and jasmine rice
Thursday: SkinnyTaste Flounder Piccata, garlic pasta and broccoli
Friday: order out
